- Ages: Typically 5–8 years old (kindergarten through 2nd grade).
- Focus: Emphasis on fun, basic skill development, teamwork, and building a love for the game.
- Format: Games are usually non-competitive, small-sided (e.g., 3v3 or 5v5), and played on smaller fields to keep players engaged and active.
Key Goals
- Skill Introduction: Teaching basic lacrosse fundamentals like cradling, scooping, passing, catching, and shooting.
- Coordination Development: Encouraging motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and physical activity.
